Sponsor the Clay Day
Marquee, stand, hospitality and programme packages put your brand in front of 120 of Yorkshire's business leaders, with recognition in all event communications and press.

Take a team
A team of four guns, cartridges included, with breakfast, lunch and a place at the auction. Teams sell out each year; register early.

Charity of the year
Adopt Luma as your company's charity for a year. We will help you plan staff fundraising, match-giving and volunteering, and report back on exactly what you funded.

Fund a piece of equipment
Some supporters prefer to fund a specific item or appeal outright. We will connect you with the clinical team and report on the difference it makes.

Donate an auction prize
Experiences, hospitality, travel and rare items raise tens of thousands of pounds at our live and silent auctions every year.

Collections at funerals, weddings and birthdays have long supported the charity. We will send a note of thanks and let you know what your gift achieved.
For hospitals
How we fund equipment.
We invite proposals from NHS hospital charities in Yorkshire. If you are a clinician or hospital charity with a piece of technology in mind, start with a conversation.
You must be
- An NHS hospital charity linked to a hospital treating Yorkshire children
- Through a procurement process compliant with public-sector rules
- Able to show appropriate governance, financial and safeguarding policies
- Ready to use the funds within a year
We look for
- A clear need for the equipment
- A measurable difference to patients
- A team that can install it, use it well and train staff
- Monitoring and evaluation of its use
- A reasonable cost per child helped
Successful applicants report on outcomes each year for five years. We do not fund completed projects or individual children.

Luma Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales, no. 701777. Our annual report and accounts are filed with the Charity Commission each year and our trustees receive no remuneration.
