How we look after your data.

What we collect

When you contact us, donate, sponsor or take part in an event we may collect your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your correspondence. Donations made through JustGiving are processed by JustGiving under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, administer events and partnerships, claim Gift Aid where applicable, thank supporters and report back on what their support achieved. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and as required by charity and tax law (usually six years for financial records).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@lumafoundation.org.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are served by Adobe Fonts.
